We were pleased with the service. Professional and courteous personnel. We did not have nearly the mosquito problem that we have endured in the past. I suggest you text as well as email service dates the day before service. I appreciate the call on day of service but the text on the day before would be more beneficial. You gave me a heads up every three weeks that you were coming. Any time I noticed mosquitoes in between treatments, I called you and you gladly sent someone out to respray.
I have had a very good experience with your customer service. The only thing is that we still have mosquitoes even after you retreat the yard. Maybe it is just not possible to really get rid of all of them, but if we have to put on bug spray anyway, I'm not sure it makes sense to pay for spraying. Thank you.

Hello, overall my issue with mosquitoes has just been ok. I'm guessing that the problem might be due to the excessive amount of rain that we received. I've had to receive a couple of retreats. I never received my last treatment. The technician called on a Saturday stating that he was in the area (I know they don't usually work on Saturday). I told them I wasn't at home and my pet was outside. I asked if he could return on Sunday and he said yes, no problem. They never returned.
Having my yard sprayed for mosquitoes makes a real difference in being able for me and my pups to enjoy our backyard and stay out on even our screen porch for many more hours than if I did not have it done. I appreciate that the technician always calls me before he comes so I can give him any specific information if needed. I always receive a courteous call. Mosquito Joe has been very flexible on any changes I may have. Due to the pandemic and not working, I felt every three weeks was much too expensive for what I could incure so Mosquito Joe Decatur worked with me to do it every four weeks instead, except for one specific time. That was greatly appreciated.

Since I have a dog, I have asked y’all multiple times to contact me before you come. You have contacted me a few times when you were 5-10 min. away, but my request was to have you call me about 30 minutes in advance. If my dog has not yet been out, I can’t always get her to poop &/or pee on command!
The service has been great and I haven't had any mosquitoes!
